It's personal. I've been with my credit union for over 20 years and I feel like they are part of our family. If I have an issue and/or concern, I simply make a call to discuss; it's always addressed promptly and more importantly, personally - simply put, they care about their members. Lastly, I have to say there is nothing better than just picking up the phone to say, "I think I've found a car and need a loan." The response, "We'll take care of everything, call if you need anything." And, true to form, they took care of everything!"
